General enquiries and orders
Email support@apparatussupplyco.store. We answer during United States business hours, Monday to Friday, and aim to reply within one business day. Messages sent over a weekend or a public holiday are answered on the next working day.
What to include
If you are writing about an existing order, quoting the order number gets you a useful answer in one reply instead of three. If you are asking about a product, the part number from the product page does the same job.
- Order questions — your order number and the email address used.
- Product questions — the part number, and what you are trying to fit it to.
- Bulk and standing orders — the part numbers, the quantity, and how often.
- Purchase orders — your institution, the PO number, and the billing contact.
- Returns — the order number and what you would like to send back.
Trade and institutional accounts
We accept purchase orders from universities, hospitals, government laboratories and established trade buyers. Email us with your institution and your usual PO process and we will confirm terms. Bulk and standing-order pricing is available on most consumable lines.
