What we collect

Why we are allowed to hold it
- To perform the contract — we cannot ship an order without a name and an address.
- Legal obligation — sales and tax records must be retained.
- Legitimate interest — preventing fraud and keeping the site secure.
Who we share it with
Only with parties who need it to complete your order: our payment processor (Square), the carriers who deliver your parcel, and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to make the site work: a session cookie for your basket and checkout, and a preference cookie recording that you dismissed our cookie notice. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Optional account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Correspondence is kept for two years.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email support@apparatussupplyco.store and we will respond within thirty days. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising it.
Children
This site is intended for business and professional buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
