Terms of sale
The terms on which we sell. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who you are contracting with
These terms govern the sale of goods by Alpine Biologix, llc, trading as Alpine Supply Co, of 10649 N Sahalee St, Cedar Hills, UT 84062, United States (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address — and if we do, we refund any payment in full.
3. Prices
Prices are in United States dollars and exclude shipping, which is shown at checkout before you pay. We try hard to price correctly; if an obvious pricing error occurs we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order by card, processed by Square. Title in the goods passes to you on full payment. Risk passes on delivery.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping page.
6. Returns
Our returns policy forms part of these terms and is set out on our returns page. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer.
7. Use of the goods and acceptable use
All goods sold by us are laboratory hardware and consumables. They are sold for laboratory, industrial, educational and general professional use. They are not medical devices, they are not supplied for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose, and they are not for implantation or for any use in or on the human body. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that an item is suitable and lawful for your intended use.
We do not sell chemicals, reagents, controlled substances, prescription products, supplements or any ingestible product, and we will not accept an order for them.
8. Warranty
We warrant that goods will be as described and free from material defect when delivered. If they are not, tell us within thirty days and we will replace or refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your use of the goods for a purpose they were not sold for.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
