Payment and security
What we accept, who processes it, and exactly what we do and do not hold.
What we accept
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. All prices on this site are in United States dollars (USD) and all charges are taken in USD.
Who processes the payment
Card payments are processed by Square, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Card details are entered into fields served and controlled by Square. They are transmitted directly to Square and are never received, seen, processed or stored on our servers.
Alpine Supply Co does not hold card numbers, expiry dates or security codes at any point, and no member of our staff can retrieve them. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Alpine Supply Co and asks you to read out a full card number, it is not us — please report it to support@apparatussupplyco.store.

If a charge appears that you do not recognise, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. Give us the amount and the last four digits of the card and we will identify it, normally the same business day.
When you are charged
Your card is authorised when you place the order and captured when the order is accepted for dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order we release or refund the payment in full.
Transport security
This entire site is served over TLS (HTTPS). Look for the padlock in your browser’s address bar; the certificate is issued to apparatussupplyco.store.
Fraud prevention
Orders are screened for fraud by Square using the address and security-code checks your bank provides. We may occasionally contact you by email to confirm an order before dispatch. We will never ask for a full card number, a PIN, or your online banking credentials in order to do so.
Data we do keep
We keep your name, email address, delivery and billing addresses, order contents and the last four digits of the card, because we need those to fulfil, account for and support the order. See our privacy policy.
